1. Parties to the Agreement
This agreement governs the relationship between Corporate Talent Solution (hereinafter “the Merchant” or “We”) and the affiliate partner (hereinafter “the Affiliate”).
2. Program Overview
- Affiliates earn commissions by promoting the “Global Workplace Integration Certification” course offered by the Merchant on this Website using unique referral links and cookies.
- The course price is USD 100.
- Affiliates are prohibited from promoting the course to customers in the European Union (EU) or United States (US).
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates are eligible for up to 50% revenue share for each successful course purchase completed through their referral link, depending on the assigned tier.
- Commissions are tracked using affiliate referral links and cookies valid for 30 days.
- If Affiliates choose to promote the course via email campaigns, tracking will be based on verified email registrations.
- The Merchant is not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues, such as cookie deletion, browser errors, or improper referral link usage.
4. Payment Terms
- Minimum Payout Threshold: USD 100.
- Payment Frequency: Monthly, within 10 business days following the end of the month.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, USDT or other mutually agreed methods.
- Affiliates must ensure accurate payment details are provided.
5. Affiliate Conduct Requirements
Affiliates must adhere to the following strict standards of ethical and legal conduct:

Prohibited Advertising Practices
Affiliates may not:
- Use deceptive, misleading, or false claims to promote the course.
- Misrepresent the Merchant, course features, pricing, or success outcomes.
- Use unauthorized claims such as “guaranteed success” or “earn millions fast.”
- Mimic or impersonate the Merchant’s website or branding (e.g., through false domains or content).
- Engage in spam, including:
- Unsolicited email marketing.
- Social media spam.
- Automated bot traffic or unsolicited direct messaging.
- Use cookie stuffing, hidden links, or scripts to manipulate clicks and referrals.
- Engage in unethical paid advertising such as bidding on the Merchant’s brand keywords, creating misleading ads, or violating platform policies.

Content Integrity
- Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their promotional content.
- Affiliates must clearly disclose that they are promoting the course as a third-party affiliate.

No Misrepresentation
- Affiliates must not impersonate the Merchant, claim ownership of the course, or create fake endorsements. Affiliates must not imply they are acting on behalf of the Merchant or represent themselves as employees or partners.
- All advertising must reflect the course as described on the Merchant's official website.

Compliance with Laws
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to advertising, data protection, and consumer protection.
6. Tracking and Reporting
- Affiliate sales are tracked using referral links and cookies provided by the Merchant or its authorized agents.
- Cookies are valid for 30 days from the time a customer clicks on the referral link.
- The Merchant does not guarantee commissions if customers disable cookies, clear browser data, or use privacy tools that interfere with tracking.
- If Affiliates choose to promote the course via email campaigns, tracking will be based on verified email registrations.
- Commissions are awarded only if the customer registers and completes payment using the same email address provided by the Affiliate.
- Email-based referrals are valid for 14 days from the date the customer receives the email campaign.
- Registrations after this period will not be eligible for commissions.
- The Merchant reserves the right to reject commissions if tracking is incomplete, manipulated, or disputed.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- The Merchant is not liable for any claims or representations made by Affiliates in their advertising. Affiliates are solely responsible for their promotional content and actions.
- The Merchant reserves the right to terminate partnerships found to violate these Terms.
8. Termination of Agreement
Upon termination:
- All unpaid commissions are forfeited if termination results from a breach of these Terms.
- Affiliates must immediately cease using all Merchant branding, referral links, and course-related content.
9. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Poland.
- The Merchant’s decisions regarding commission payments or affiliate conduct shall be final and binding.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- The Merchant reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or the website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Affiliates agree to handle all data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Customer data, including purchase information, may only be used for referral tracking and must not be shared with third parties.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Affiliate Program is provided “as is” without guarantees regarding tracking accuracy, performance, or payment processes.
- The Merchant is not responsible for technical failures, system interruptions, or lost data.
Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms.
- Agree to comply with all rules, standards, and legal obligations.
